Pc is good for gaming and mac is good for office work.
Most games are only compatible with windows7 not snow leopard
both are equal
For me PC is more better than mac…
leopard also can install to PC now days…

the one really annoying thing about these ads (and no i’m not mentioning the whole, PC’s can play games thing) is that its pretty clear what mac is being shown, but not what PC it is…
the mac is the best desktop computer at ANY price? the mac is soooo much faster than a PC? yeah ok then, i’m just gonna go on the DELL website, and customise the hell out of a computer…

so much subliminal advertising…it’s obvious that people will choose the hip, good looking, cool, mac guy…but what if something happens to your imac or other incapsulated forms, in terms of hardware?you don’t have acces to that component…..but a serious company would choose a pc.

@getinthecarinc Chances are he’s referring to running Windows on a Mac. Though Macs are capable of gaming, they aren’t ideal for it considering the cheapest notebook they sell with discrete graphics (a GT 330M) is $1,800 and the cheapest desktop they offer with anything better than a Core i3 is $1,700 before adding the cost of a Windows license, and even then it uses a notebook-grade GPU.

People who actually know shit about computers know that macs suck, lack a lot of features, and hard to configure as well. My computer dual-boots into Linux and Windows. That would kick your dumb mac’s ass any day.
@shufflesi No you cannot, any game developed in Direct X (reality check, most game developers who cross platform develop do it with Direct X) cannot be run on a Mac. It doesn’t have the Hardware or Software capabilities and lag is caused by server connections, not the operating system. You are a retard and go to steam and notice that there is a SEPERATE MAC SECTION, with MAC FRIENDLY GAMES, and it doesn’t include all the games. Enjoying playing what? Peggle, while we play manly games like Crysis
Steve Jobs uses a PC because he knows that there better than Macs even though Jobs invented the Mac.

Yeah, I thought of this when they brought up “fun stuff” and Mac’s offering was “I can make photo albums!” and games weren’t mentioned at all.
I would kinda like to see a newer version of these ads though since a lot of the stuff about PC’s is mostly wrong now and hopefully Mac would have some more convincing points than “I make movies! My cord is magnetic!”.
