3M Multitouch LCD Display
Most of the touch screen displays available can only support input from 2 fingers at once, but 3M has just released their latest touch screen display, the 3M M2256PW (catchy, huh?), which is capable of receiving input from 10 fingers at once.
Using 3M’s “Projected Capacitive Technology” (someone really needs to talk to 3M about their naming conventions), 22 inch wide, 1680 x 1050 HD resolution screen can be controlled by finger touch or gestures, making it ideal for multimedia apps and gaming.
This new Windows 7 compatible LCD display has a response time of under 15 milliseconds for all 10 fingers, making new forms of application interaction possible.
